Emotions Confined

God granted me happiness when I first saw you
Taken by your smile and elegance-
I release all pain only to enjoy your presence
Standing in the midst of a joyous light-
As your name is sung over and over-
In the night. And when the song is sung by
Your voice. I, then, with my heart and soul
Make a choice, to be with you, to want you, to hold you in my arms
Thanking God for another angel bringing joy into my life
Erasing paths filled with strife.
Take caution, take care, but be glad.
For a queen has arrived and I am not mad , but rather filled with joy.
